How long does shipping take?
For the merchandise where the design is agreed and no customisation is required, the orders are sent for printing on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). The production time for printing, quality checks and inspection is estimated to be 8-10 business days post which the order is shipped. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-5 business days once shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Flat rate of $5.99 Australia wide.
Do you have an Express or Expedited Shipping option available?
No. We provide standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Do you provide customisation of designs?
Yes. Certain merchandise which follow our print partners guidelines on customisation are available for customisation readily. Please check for a button which says “PERSONALIZE DESIGN” on the Product Details page.
Can I add my own design/image on an already available merchandise?
Yes, we provide these services as well. Please click HERE to know more.
Do you charge for any customisation of merchandise?
No. We love to see our customers get creative and try their own designs. It is absolutely FREE.
What is "Portrait the Pet"?
We know that the furry mates need to be looked after and pampered. So we provide a service to portrait the picture of your pet and ‘COSTUM-ise’ it. You can get more details HERE.
