• Choose your portrait style – Browse through our 50+ portraits that are sure to suit your furry pet.
• Select the merchandise – Select the merchandise on which you want the portrait.
• Upload the Photo – Use the Upload Image button to send us the picture of your awesome pet.
• Place your Order – Add the item to the cart and place your order. Please make sure to provide your email address and phone number in case we need to reach out to you.

STEP 2: CUSTOM ART CREATION

• We will review the uploaded picture and check if it meets our quality guidelines to get an awesome output.
• Our talented designing team will work to create a custom portrait with lots of love and care.
• Quality team will then review to ensure that your pet artwork is absolutely perfect.
• We offer a sneak preview to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final design. We are happy to accommodate two revisions before we finalise the art work.

STEP 3: PRINTING & DELIVERY

• Your artwork is then moved to the print experts who strive to maintain quality at all times.
• Final print quality check is done and the portrait is carefully packaged and ready for delivery.
• Our delivery partners ensure that it reaches your home within the delivery timeframe.
